Where's My Stuff?
There are various reasons why a shipment of the
products you ordered may arrive late, some of which are listed below:
- Heavy Holiday traffic
- Acts of nature (heavy rain, snow, etc.)
- Shipments arrive from multiple warehouses
- Shipment may originate in Canada and may
have to go through Customs
- The product was lost in the mail.
We will strive to track down your order and inform
you of its status. If we find that it is lost, we will re-send the item/items to
you.
To help us track down your order, we ask that you do
not call, as that will cause further delay. Instead, please e-mail us (questions at
pottytrainingstuff.com) with the following information:
- Your Name and Phone Number
- Your e-mail address
- The date of your order
- The name of the person to whom you sent the item (if
different than yours)
We will use this information to track the status of
your order, and will get back to you as soon as possible.
